Will Kirk (Partner) has empowered organizations through new and improved analytics for the past 34 years. He has held senior positions at leading FMCG companies, research organizations, consultant agencies, as well as start-ups like Middlegame, for clients in more than 60 countries.

Pat Ryan (Partner) is a motivated and ambitious business studies graduate with extensive sales experience. He maximises growth potential for Middlegame clients by implementing proven innovative and analytical models. He is also a director at one other company in Ireland. His leadership skills and command for achieving excellence were established in hurling where Pat has been a member of three All-Ireland Championship teams.

Vegard Søhus (Partner) has strengthened the strategic business plan processes with breakthrough ideas for growth. His work during the last 30 years has enabled double-digit growth in 45 emerging and developed countries for blue-chip companies and their subsidiaries.

José Carlos Castellanos (Partner and Brand Ambassador) has applied “strategy through execution effectiveness” to implement innovative commercial solutions that work, regardless of circumstances. His strategic and operational expertise has been applied in almost 75 countries for the last 35 years.

Jeff Duvall (Partner) is a PhD with 20+ years of brand strategy, planning, research, marketing, and applied insights experience including roles in economic policy research, manager of client services for IRI on the Procter & Gamble account, Global Marketing Manager at The Coca-Cola Company and consulting engagements across consumer products, sustainability initiatives, technology, healthcare, services, and non-profit sectors.
